Since its inception, the vehicle has had only a few owners and has always been kept with great care, maintained in impeccable condition and preserved with philological attention to respect its originality. In 2006 it obtained the prestigious ASI certification with Gold Plate, one of the most important Italian recognitions for historical vehicles that certifies the perfect compliance of the car with the original factory specifications. In the same context, the FIVA Identity Card was also issued, an international document that certifies the historical value and proper preservation of the vehicle. In 2008, the FIA – Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile issued the Sports Technical Passport that classifies the vehicle as GT Class H, allowing it to participate in international sporting events and historical reenactments. The vehicle has always been subjected to mandatory biennial periodic inspections, maintaining full compliance with current regulations; the ongoing inspection is valid until December 2026. Technical characteristics of the model The Fiat Abarth 124 Sport Rally represents one of the most iconic Italian sports cars of the Seventies. Developed by Abarth's racing division based on the Fiat 124 Sport Spider, it was specifically designed for international rally competitions. The model featured a 1756 cc twin-cam four-cylinder engine, derived from the Lampredi family, extensively modified by Abarth with high-performance head, optimized fueling, and lightweight components. The power in the road versions exceeded 120 HP, while in the competition versions it could reach much higher values.
