Range Rover 3500 FD 1982 for sale

This beautiful Range Rover 3500 FD is new to our inventory. The car was first registered on 28.04.1982 in Forlì, Italy. The first owner was the famous Forlì industrialist Carlo Alberto La Greca (1928-2013). He founded the first photolithography company in Forlì in 1948, first for 2 years in the historic center of the city and then at the current address in the industrial area. Mr. Carlo Alberto became very well known in the graphic industry, developed into a pioneer in this field, and invented many new machines that were then used by other companies in Italy. He bought the car in 1982, at the age of 54. As a very busy man, he only used the car for weekend trips to his summer residence in Cortina D'Ampezzo in the Alps, which is why the Range Rover has only covered 51,000 km. The car was always kept in the garage and maintained out of season. In 1991, Mr. Alberto registered the car in the name of his company for tax reasons. In 2000, he re-registered the car in his name. Unfortunately, his health was not good, and he passed away in 2013. Andrea N., a high-ranking police officer from Forlì and a family friend, bought the car in 2014 from his sons. Mr. Alberto's company is still active and is now run by his sons. Conclusion: The car is fully preserved, mechanically checked, and the engine has been extensively overhauled. This vehicle is in an incredibly original condition and makes us imagine what summer in Cortina D'Ampezzo must have felt like! It is nearly impossible today to find a Range Rover with such low mileage and in original condition. A car for the true Range Rover collector! We are also proud to have found such a unique vehicle and to be able to present it here. A great find, especially considering that Range Rover only started producing the 5-door models themselves from August 1981!
