The 2000 version is one of the first cars in this segment to offer a 5-speed gearbox, and its 2-liter 4-cylinder proves to be brilliant and melodious, placing the GT Veloce coupe ahead of its competitors in terms of performance. Thanks to its nitrided crankshaft, this block appears almost indestructible, with some having happily exceeded 200,000 kilometers. Body / Exterior: The model presented here is a Bertone 2000 GT Veloce coupe from May 1972 in the vintage color "Bianco Farino". The body received a complete repaint a few years ago. It is in excellent condition, showing a uniform shade and excellent shine. After a professional polishing performed with orbitals from our workshop, we found two small paint chips corrected at the corners of the hood. We noticed a slight dent on the front of the roof. The bumpers and their supports are in good condition and perfectly aligned. They show some signs of oxidation and some micro-scratches, as well as two small dents on the rear. The chrome mirrors are in good condition. The left mirror shows some light signs of oxidation. This specimen has its original rear wing scudettos. All front and rear lights are in excellent condition. Only the cabochon of the right front indicator has a slight crack. The 4 original 14'' steel wheels in "Bianco Farino" have also been restored and are in excellent condition. This specimen is equipped with its original chrome "Alfa Romeo" hubcaps. The 4 UNIROYAL tires show less than 5% wear. This specimen has also retained its original spare wheel (steel rim). Among the interesting body equipment and options that this model is equipped with, we found: the rear wing scudettos, the chrome ALFA ROMEO center hubcaps, and the chrome mirrors. Interior: The interior is in excellent presentation condition. The faux leather upholstery in "Nero" is in excellent original condition despite some defective stitching on the driver's seat. The "Nero" faux leather door panels are in excellent condition, with no discoloration, deformation, or signs of access on board. The ALFA ROMEO branded aluminum door sills are also in excellent condition. This specimen is equipped with front seat belts. The handbrake gaiter in "Nero" leather is in excellent condition. The original headliner appears slightly yellowed and has some stains and slight discoloration on the rear. The interior lights are not functioning. The rear shelf in "Nero" faux leather shows slight discoloration. The dashboard and visor are in excellent condition. The original "wood" decorative trims are in excellent condition. We noticed a slight crack on the left side (3 cm). The entire JAEGER dashboard is fully functional. The original "wood" ALFA ROMEO steering wheel is in excellent condition, as is the original Bakelite knob. The ventilation is no longer functioning. The "Nero" carpets are in excellent condition, with no signs of wear or discoloration. Among the interesting interior equipment and options that this specimen is equipped with, we noted: The original "wood" ALFA ROMEO steering wheel, the original Bakelite knob, and the front seat belts. Chassis: The lift confirms a sound body and chassis, with no visible signs of accidents or apparent structural corrosion. The fundamentals: floors, wheel arches, trunk floor, and wheel well basin are in excellent condition.
