The 2000 version is one of the first cars in this segment to offer a 5-speed gearbox, and its 2-liter 4-cylinder engine proves to be brilliant and melodious, placing the GT Veloce coupe ahead of its competitors in terms of performance. Thanks to its nitrided crankshaft, this engine appears almost indestructible, with some examples having easily surpassed 200,000 kilometers. Body / Exterior: The model presented here is a Bertone 2000 GT Veloce coupe from January 1974 in the vintage color "Gray 727". The body received a complete repaint a few years ago. It is in excellent condition, showing a uniform shade and excellent brightness. After a professional polishing performed with an orbital polisher by our workshop, we found a small scratch on the lower part of the right rear wing and a small paint chip on the right front wing. We also noticed a small paint chip on the hood, on the driver's side windshield, and on the trunk. The bumpers and their pads are in good original condition. The latter show some signs of oxidation and light micro-scratches. We found a deformation in the center of the rear bumper and a small dent. The colored "Green" windshield has a slight abrasion and a small chip on the passenger side. The colored glazing "Green" is in excellent condition. The chrome mirror is also in excellent condition. This specimen has its original rear wing badges. All front and rear lights are in excellent condition. We noticed a crack on the left rear light. The 4 steel 14" wheels are in good condition. This specimen is equipped with its original "Alfa Romeo" chrome hubcaps. The 4 tires will be replaced with new ones before delivery. This specimen has also retained its original spare wheel, as well as its crank and jack. Among the interesting body equipment and options that this model is equipped with, we noted: the rear wing badges, the original ALFA ROMEO chrome hubcaps, and the chrome mirror. Interior: The interior has retained its strict original configuration. The beige synthetic leather upholstery is in good condition. We noticed a small tear on the left side of the rear bench seat and a slight sagging of the driver's seat. The beige synthetic leather door panels are in good condition. The passenger door panel has a small defect in the lower right corner. The ALFA ROMEO branded aluminum door sills are in excellent condition. This specimen is equipped with front seat belts. The handbrake gaiter in black leather is in good condition. The original perforated white synthetic leather headliner is in excellent condition, as is the rear shelf in black synthetic leather. The dashboard and rear shelf are in excellent condition, with no cracks or deformations. The original "wood" decorative trims are also in good condition. The entire original JAEGER dashboard is fully functional. The original ALFA ROMEO wooden steering wheel is in good condition despite slight paint flaking. The Bakelite gear knob is in excellent condition. The black carpets are in good condition, with no signs of wear, tears, or discoloration. Among the interesting interior equipment and options that this specimen is equipped with, we noted: the original ALFA ROMEO "Wood" steering wheel, the Bakelite knob.
