On this occasion, the engine and gearbox have been opened for revision. On the outside, the bodywork boasts a burgundy color that suits it perfectly. The paint is well polished and shows some signs of use or aging. The removable hood is the same color. The car is equipped with removable side windows as well. The hubcaps and accessories are all present and in good condition. The spoke wheels and tires are in a condition close to new. Other features of the Sprite include the nose that tilts in one piece (here in polyester) to access the engine and the absence of a trunk opening, which is accessible from the inside and is completed by a luggage rack. Inside, the upholstery matches the rest of the car and is accentuated by white piping and black carpeting. The dashboard is upholstered and houses instrumentation in excellent condition. Mechanically, it is the small 4-cylinder from the Austin A35 or Morris Minor that operates under the hood, but fed by two carburetors. The gearbox is of the same origin, both work very well.
