The story
One owner from new Delivered new in Germany One of 319 finished in Topaz Blue The design, with its wide BMW kidney grille and side air intakes, takes its cues from the legendary BMW 507 and was penned by Henrik Fisker. BMW unveiled the Z8 at the IAA in 1999. It is powered by the 5-litre V8 from the BMW M5 and was offered exclusively with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Between 2000 and 2003, BMW built a good 5,700 units, of which only 319 were finished in Topaz Blue. Combined with black leather, just 135 cars were produced. Our Z8 was delivered to its first owner in Munich in April 2001. To this day it remains in first ownership. The service booklet documents regularly performed inspections, the most recent in April 2022. The hardtop including its stand, as well as accessories such as the birth certificate booklet, the original brochure and the Motorola mobile phone, are all included.
