Ferrari 456M GT 2000 for sale

The 456M in the GT version, equipped with a six-speed manual transmission plus reverse, represented the evolution of a model particularly appreciated by customers who desired an authentic Ferrari capable of offering four seats and ample usability. In 1998, the restyled version of the 456 GT, called M (Modified), was presented. The Ferrari 456 M features minor aesthetic modifications without however disrupting the line of the car that was born six years earlier and was highly appreciated. The aesthetic interventions of the 456 M GT particularly concerned the front bumper with integrated turn signals and a grille that became wider with a different profile within which the circular fog lights were housed. Additionally, the two vents disappear from the hood and the spoiler located under the rear bumper becomes fixed instead of movable and electronically controlled as on the GT. The engine and top speed remain unchanged compared to the previous version. The M version is equipped with traction control, a modification that makes the driving of the car easier to manage, especially on wet surfaces. The interior fittings also feature minor modifications, namely the seats are redesigned while the arrangement of the auxiliary instruments placed in the redesigned center tunnel changes. Furthermore, the front seats are equipped with memory and return to the preset position when moved to allow passengers access to the rear seats. It remained in production until 2003 and was replaced in 2004 by the 612 Scaglietti. In 2003, 31 examples of the Michael Schumacher version were produced, with a two-tone paint job (the car is silver, with the roof up to the lower glass line in dark gray), all equipped with gray leather interior with red stitching and larger brakes. It was presented to the press with a photograph in which the driver was seated inside the open trunk, highlighting the great loading capacity of the 456.
