The Fiat Dino was born from an agreement between Fiat and Ferrari so that the production of the V6 engine, developed by Dino Ferrari, would reach 500 units, key to obtaining engine homologation for the Ferrari 166 F2. The coupé was presented in 1967. Designed by Bertone, this elegant "fast back" coupé. The model was revised in 1969 with a slight restyling, a more luxurious interior, and an increased displacement of 2400 cm3 that develops 180hp. This "Legendary" engine was also mounted on the famous Ferrari 246 GT and Lancia Stratos. Only 2398 Coupé Dino 2400 were produced between 1969 and 1972. This Fiat Dino was initially sold in Italy. It was exported to Great Britain in 1990 and restored between 2006 and 2009. It was then sold in France in 2010. It has been meticulously maintained since then. Some discreet improvements have been made: leather interior with red piping, retractable seat belts, modern radio and speakers.
