Considered by many, including Enzo Ferrari himself, the most beautiful car in the world, the Jaguar E Type underwent numerous and notable changes in its third and final evolution. The most obvious was the replacement of the inline 6-cylinder block with a new V12 of over 5.3 liters, which offered 272 hp and a stunning torque of over 400Nm, capable of launching the British Roadster up to 240 Km/h. Another significant change in this third series was the increase in wheelbase, exceeding 4.6 meters in length, which translated into greater space in the cabin and an extra glove compartment behind the seats. Our unit is in excellent condition. Its silver paint looks stunning and exquisitely combines with the elegant burgundy interior and the blue of its newly restored soft top. The mechanics respond with the vigor expected from a V12 of over 5 liters, and its original equipment, such as air conditioning and power steering, works perfectly. But the most curious thing is that we have the entire history from the moment of purchase in 1971. A huge folder with all the detailed maintenance from the last 50 years. Thanks to this, we know that one of its owners was the renowned Swiss Chef Anton Mosimann.
