Always inspired by the Type E, the XK retains its spirit: a long hood that hides a noble and powerful mechanics, a sensual and feline line all in roundness, excellent finish quality and a very high level of comfort. As is customary at JAGUAR, this new XK generation will be offered in coupe or convertible version at a very competitive price that allows it to position itself against the usual rivals: PORSCHE 911, ASTON MARTIN DB9 and BMW Series 6. For gentleman drivers who love high performance, JAGUAR will then offer a boosted version of its XK thanks to the adoption of an EATON supercharger: the XKR. Its power increases sharply from 298 hp to 416 hp. Some aerodynamic elements distinguish it and reinforce its look: air intakes on the hood, 4 exhaust outlets, specific 20'' wheels and BREMBO brake kit. To satisfy an increasingly demanding clientele in terms of exclusivity, JAGUAR marketed in 2008 a limited series of 200 units called XKR-S destined exclusively for the European market. Available in only one color "Ultimate Black Metallic", the XKR-S will be the fastest JAGUAR ever produced since the XJ200. Its slightly revised mechanics allows it to gain 30 km/h in top speed thanks also to an optimized chassis and aerodynamics: spoiler, side skirts and rear diffuser "Gun Grey Metal", forged Vortex 20'' wheels, Alcon R 6-piston brakes and larger diameter discs. Bodywork / Exterior: The model presented here is a JAGUAR XKR-S 4.2L from August 2008 in its original "Ultimate Black Metallic PEL" color. (matching color) The bodywork is in near-new condition and the original paint has a uniform application and brightness. After a professional polishing carried out by our workshop, we noticed a slight scratching on the lower part of the hood. The bumpers are free of defects, thanks also to the presence of front and rear parking assistance. The same goes for the specific XKR-S aerodynamic kit. We noted some signs of rubbing on the lower front bumper blade, as often happens on sports vehicles. The 4 forged Vortex 20'' wheels are in good condition, we noticed slight signs of rubbing on the edges. The set is mounted on MICHELIN Pilot Sport with 10% wear both front and rear. Among the interesting options and external equipment present on this model, we noted: The forged Vortex 20'' wheels, the front and rear parking radars and the specific XKR-S aerodynamic kit. Interior: The full leather interior "Charcoal" and "Ivory" stitching has maintained its strict original configuration. The overall condition is excellent in presentation. The heated and electrically adjustable sports leather upholstery is in excellent condition, with no tears or discoloration. The edges of the seats show no defects.
