The story
The 1955 De B24 Spider America was an exclusive model for the American market and was followed in 1956 by the B24S convertible. Lancia enthusiasts generally consider the convertible to be more elegant and practical than the previous Spider, also because it is more comfortable to drive in bad weather. The split bumper was replaced by a single-piece chrome bumper, and the car received electric windows and larger doors with handles. Only 521 B24S convertibles were produced, which are still highly sought after today. This Lancia was purchased in 1976 by Dr. Boniface and enjoyed greatly for many years. The car received the Lion Award at the Concours d'Elegance of America in Plymouth, Michigan in 2016. This stunning B24S convertible is now offered with a rare removable hardtop, a spare wheel, a Riganti jack, and Dr. Boniface's personal addition to the equipment of this Lancia: a 1963 American army folding shovel, mounted in the trunk. If you wish to sell your vintage or classic car, Metropole Sales can purchase it or take it on consignment. Consignment relieves you of the burden of the selling process. Additionally, your car will be presented both online and in the showroom to a national and international audience of enthusiasts. Inquire about the possibilities.
