Model history With the arrival of the Flavia in 1960, Lancia returned to a traditional grille after several years with rectangular grilles on the Flaminia and later on the Appia. The Lancia Fulvia had a very efficient design, just like the Flaminia. The Fulvia had a subframe, but this was much more useful on the Flavia, where the engine and transmission were built as a single block. In 1962, the first of many variants appeared. Special versions of the Flavia included a Pininfarina coupe, a Vignale coupe, and a 2+2 cabriolet, along with an extraordinary Zagato. The car presented here is fully restored in light blue with a beautiful black leather interior. Under the hood, we see a completely new engine with an increased displacement of 1727 cc and with Nardi intake pieces, mounted under the dual Solex carburetor.
