Mini Cooper Werkscabriolet 1996 for sale

Mini Cooper Werkscabriolet from 1996. We are pleased to offer on behalf of a client this rare and incredibly original factory Rover Mini Cabriolet. Finished in metallic British Racing Green, it comes from the last year of production, 1996. With only 56,000 kilometers driven, it is rust-free, dry, and well-maintained in exceptional original condition. In total, from July 1993 to August 1996, only 1,081 units were produced, most of which were in Nightfire Red or Caribbean Blue. The body kit and 12-inch Revolution alloy wheels are part of the standard equipment, as are the Recaro seats and walnut dashboard. Due to the specific reinforcements for convertibles, the Cabriolet weighs about 50 kilograms more than the sedan. The vehicle was originally registered as a demonstrator car for a well-known company and has only covered just under 2,000 km in 2 years. The current owner purchased the car in 1998 and has since used it for only a few kilometers each year. In 2004, the car was completely sealed by a specialized workshop. Additionally, annual maintenance and oil changes have been performed. The current owner has invested over €10,000 to customize the Cabrio to his liking. He had the entire roof renewed, including the covering, and had the seats reupholstered. Not only the seats, but also the rear seat and all side parts have been covered with new leather. The dark green combined with the new tan leather upholstery is one of my favorite color combinations for vehicles. The unique driving fun in summer is guaranteed. The vehicle can be viewed at any time by appointment, so we can ensure that the car is in the correct position. The vehicle is sold on behalf of the client.
