The story

PTS Tannengrünmetallic Only one previous owner Only 25 KM driven Exclusive manufacture The 992.1 Turbo S Cabriolet is the top open version of the 911 series before the facelift and is therefore the last non-hybrid Turbo. It is based on the eighth generation of the 911, built from 2019, while the Turbo S was presented in the spring of 2020. Visually, the model clearly distinguishes itself from the Carrera variants. The body is wider, the rear wheel arches are imposing, and active aerodynamic elements such as the variable front spoiler and retractable rear wing are designed to ensure downforce and stability at high speeds. Typical of the Turbo S are also the large air intakes at the rear, which provide more fresh air to the radiators and the engine. The beating heart is the 3.8-liter six-cylinder boxer engine with two turbochargers. In the Turbo S configuration, it delivers 650 hp and offers 800 Nm of torque. The transmission is entrusted exclusively to a Porsche eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, paired with permanent all-wheel drive. The interaction between engine, transmission, and drive allows the Cabriolet to accelerate almost at Coupe level despite the additional weight of the convertible mechanism. Porsche claims 0 to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds, with a top speed of 330 km/h. This model is therefore one of the fastest Cabriolets ever. The chassis is a combination of comfort and sharp precision. Standard features include adaptive dampers, rear-axle steering, and active roll stabilization. These systems keep the car stable and neutral even in very high lateral acceleration, while remaining comfortable on the highway or over long distances. The convertible top opens and closes electro-hydraulically in about twelve seconds and can be operated even while driving at speeds of up to about 50 km/h. When closed, it is well insulated and makes the Turbo S a true all-season vehicle. Inside, the 992.1 follows the modern Porsche line with a central tachometer, large infotainment, and high-quality materials. Despite its clearly sporty orientation, the Cabriolet offers two rear emergency seats, which in everyday life often serve as additional storage space. A characteristic of the 992.1 Turbo S Cabriolet is this apparent lightness with which it combines opposing demands. It is brutally fast, but not nervous. It is equipped with luxurious features, but it is not heavy. Additionally, it offers as a Cabriolet a very intense driving experience, without sacrificing the typical Turbo qualities for long journeys. Overall, this model is considered one of the most complete 911s, as it performs in all scenarios, from fast runs on mountain passes to long highway trips, always providing the typical feeling of power and security of the Turbo S.
