An exceptionally beautiful and honest car with a special history, coming from only 3 owners since new. This Kever is in fantastic condition and has been recently repainted. What makes this car truly special is the beautiful original interior. Everything exudes authenticity: the original Blaupunkt radio, the original carpet set, the headliner and upholstery are still original and in exceptional condition. The odometer currently reads 14,438 km. Considering the condition of the interior, seats, and the car overall, we believe this particular example has covered approximately 114,438 km. The original 44 hp engine is still present — just as the car was delivered back in the day. This Kever was delivered new in 1971 to Christel Euler. A few years later, the car was registered to her husband Karl Euler. The couple lived in Aarbergen-Michelbach, a small town near Frankfurt with about 2,200 inhabitants. Karl and Christel Euler were very active in the community and played an important role within the Walter-Großer-Haus and the local Lebenshilfe chapter, an organization dedicated to people with intellectual disabilities. In the 1960s and 70s, they were among the founders of the local Lebenshilfe group, driven by the desire to create better care and living conditions for residents in the Aarbergen region. The Kever was decommissioned in 2017 and was registered in April 2018 to the third owner from Ludwigshafen. In this way, this car has had only 3 owners in 55 years — of which the first two even lived under the same roof. This makes this car particularly rare and unique in its kind. From all indications, this Kever has never had a hard life and has been used only sparingly. This is a true time capsule where everything has aged beautifully together.
