Volkswagen T1 Bus 1966 for sale

Volkswagen T1 SO42 Westfalia – 1966 – Completely original and in excellent condition In January 1966, this stunning Volkswagen T1 SO42 Westfalia rolled off the assembly line in Hannover, ready for its journey to the United States. The van was delivered new to Philadelphia and served there for many years. In 2010, this iconic window van was purchased in Colorado, where it had been active until shortly before as a promotional van for Coors beer – including documentation in the name of the brewery. After arriving in the Netherlands, the van underwent a careful three-year restoration. The result? An SO42 Westfalia in almost perfect condition. What makes this van truly unique is the completely original Westfalia camper interior. From the curtains and furniture to the upholstery: everything still comes from 1966. A rarity in this condition. Also from a technical point of view and in detail, everything corresponds to the year of construction: The body is rust-free and in excellent condition. This Westfalia is completely ready for the road and for long journeys – whether to Norway or Portugal. Save yourself the time, costs, and frustration of a restoration. Get on board and enjoy one of the most beautiful and original SO42 Westfalia you can find. Truly a van for the collector or for those who want the best.
